Hiring a Wholesale Buyer Qualifications • Completion of secondary school is required. A university degree or college diploma in business, commerce, supply chain management, or a related field is considered an asset.

- Previous work experience with a wholesale distributor and/or trading company is required.
- Knowledge of Korean and Asian food products and produce is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities • Select and purchase Korean and Asian food products and produce that best meet the company's resale requirements.

- Determine the type and quantity of food products and produce to be purchased.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.




- Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements to management.

Working Conditions • Permanent, full time position consisting of 30 hours per week.

- Wage: $38.40 per hour.
- 10 days of paid vacation annually or 4% vacation pay, in accordance with applicable employment standards.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including early mornings and Saturdays, is required.
