Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas in accordance with Hilton's brand standards.
- Change bed linens, vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize surfaces to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Replenish guest room amenities such as towels, toiletries, coffee, and linens.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Maintenance team.
- Ensure all housekeeping carts and supplies are stocked, organized, and ready for daily operations.
- Provide guests with extra towels, pillows, or supplies upon request, and ensure their comfort.
- Clean public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and bathrooms, ensuring all areas are well-maintained.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment for both guests and team members.
- Assist in laundry duties when needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
- Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by hotel management or the leadership team to support guest satisfaction, operational needs, and the overall success of the hotel.

Guest Satisfaction:

- Create a welcoming and pleasant environment for guests by maintaining a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for extra linens, towels, or other amenities with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Ensure that all guest requests for room changes or other accommodations are addressed with care and urgency.
- Assist in maintaining a quiet and peaceful atmosphere for guests during your shift.

Safety & Compliance:

- Adhere to all hotel safety policies and procedures, including the proper handling and storage of cleaning products and equipment.




- Follow Hilton’s Health and Safety Standards to ensure the cleanliness of rooms and public spaces.
- Report safety hazards or incidents immediately to management and follow up as required.
- Comply with all local regulations concerning safety, cleanliness, and guest services, including infection prevention standards.

Team Development:

- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure effective room turnover and operational success.
- Take direction from the Housekeeping Supervisor and assist with additional duties when needed.
- Assist new housekeeping staff with on-the-job training, demonstrating proper cleaning techniques and safety standards.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere by supporting colleagues and maintaining a respectful environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning equipment and supplies, as well as stand for long periods.
- Good physical condition, as the role involves frequent bending, lifting, and moving.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
