This full-time role focuses on safety leadership, compliance, and mentorship across operations. In this permanent position, you'll report to the Regional Director and collaborate with Branch Managers and operations staff.

With 3 to 5 years of experience in heavy construction and safety-related roles, you will ensure adherence to provincial safety regulations. A strong commitment to safety culture and excellent communication skills will be vital for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct workplace investigations and audits as required
