We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and enhance our HR operations. In this role, you will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance while fostering a positive and productive workplace. Key Duties

- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including workforce planning, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with company objectives.

- Manage employee relations by providing guidance on workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and performance issues.

- Oversee performance management programs, employee development plans, and succession planning initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with Canadian employment legislation, workplace standards, and company policies.

- Supervise compensation, advantages administration, leave management, and employee records.

- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.

- Partner with department managers to identify staffing needs and organizational development opportunities.

- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and wellness activities.

- Manage training and professional development programs to strengthen employee skills.

- Support change management initiatives and organizational restructuring when required.





- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information and HR documentation.

- Assist with health and safety initiatives and promote a respectful, inclusive workplace culture.

- Continuously evaluate HR processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5+ years of progressive human resources experience, including leadership responsibilities.

- Strong knowledge of Canadian employment standards, labor laws, and HR best practices.

- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Experience managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office applications.

- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting HR data and preparing reports.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment.

- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities with a collaborative leadership style.

- Professional HR designation (CPHR or working toward certification) is considered an asset.

- Experience in workforce planning and organizational development is preferred.

Pay: $95,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
