We're looking for an organized, energetic, and service-focused Human Resources & Office Coordinator to join our growing People & Culture team.

As a key member of our People and Culture team, you'll help create a positive and welcoming experience for employees, candidates, leaders, and visitors while supporting a wide variety of Human Resources initiatives
Your responsibilities will include
- Coordinating recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and onboarding.
- Supporting employee lifecycle activities such as new hire documentation, employee records, and employment letters.
- Planning and coordinating employee recognition programs, celebrations, wellness initiatives, community events, and other activities that strengthen our workplace culture.
- Providing professional front office support, including reception, visitor services, phones, mail, deliveries, and meeting coordination approximately two days per week.
- Responding to employee and leader inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and helping create efficient, employee-focused HR processes.

What You Bring
- Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related discipline.
- One to three years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, customer service, or Human Resources support role.
- Experience with recruitment coordination, event planning, reception, or office administration is considered an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
