Join the fight against human trafficking as a Field Specialist under the Regional IMPACT Director. This position focuses on outreach, victim support, and community liaison activities. As a Human Trafficking Specialist, you will engage with victims in high-risk areas.
Your role encompasses conducting assessments, maintaining confidentiality, and sharing findings with the Navigator Program. You will also develop positive community relations, participate in essential trainings, and contribute to ongoing educational workshops. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to human trafficking hot spot areas
- Engage potential victims, conducting thorough assessments
- Collaborate with the Navigator Program for referrals
- Lead community planning sessions and forums three times annually
- Manage data input in the Give Hope Database Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, two years’ experience in human services
- Five years preferred in trauma-informed environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency standards Leverage your expertise in outreach and victim services to serve and support those affected by human trafficking.
