Requirements:

- 10 years of hands-on experience performing business analysis for mission-critical (or business-critical) business services leading to modernization and transformation through information management and information technology.
- 10 years of experience delivering business analysis products and meeting deadlines in rapid-paced and dynamic business environments with responsibility for multiple concurrent project deliverables and complex stakeholder relationships.
- Experience leading and conducting business analysis in order to assess clients’ business problems/opportunities and technology needs. Experience conducting requirements gathering,



and documenting the business requirements (functional, non-functional, volumetrics) in such a way that I⁢ solutions can be sized and determined, especially solutions deployed to cloud environments or through Software as a Service (SaaS).
- Experience developing sound frameworks, models, processes and templates for customer engagement, intake and requirements gathering and understanding business strategies, plans and needs, such as interviews, workshops, JAD sessions, and mockups.
- Experience conducting stakeholder engagement and demonstrated collaboration skills across diverse functional roles in business and IT.
