You will be responsible for processing intricate payrolls, leveraging your Workday Payroll experience, and ensuring seamless compliance. Exceptional customer service will be key as you interact with employees and administration. Key Responsibilities:
- Process and validate payrolls to ensure timely payments
- Administer various payroll transactions including leaves and taxable advantages
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile accounts effectively
- Prepare year-end reports like T4s with attention to detail
- Facilitate pension administration and related reporting Requirements:
- Certified Payroll Manager designation is essential
- 5-7+ years of payroll experience in a high-volume setting
- Practical experience with Workday Payroll required
- Familiarity with payroll systems upgrades preferred
