About The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Identity Access Management (IAM) Consultant to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions for a large Ontario Public Sector client.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior IAM professional with deep Oracle Access Governance (OAG) expertise to drive enterprise-scale identity governance, provisioning, certification, and access management initiatives supporting over 60,000 user identities.

Key Responsibilities

- Define target-state architecture for identity, account, entitlement, provisioning, certification, approval, and reporting solutions.
- Design enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) architecture using Oracle Access Governance (OAG).
- Establish application onboarding patterns and enterprise identity governance strategies.
- Design identity collections, entitlement models, access bundles, and request catalogues.
- Build approval workflows involving managers, business owners, application owners, compliance teams, and delegated approvers.
- Architect enterprise certification campaigns, access reviews, remediation processes, and audit evidence requirements.
- Design provisioning and de-provisioning architecture with integration and lifecycle tracking.
- Define architecture boundaries between Oracle Access Governance, middleware, custom UI, orchestration layers, and downstream applications.
- Review and approve functional, technical, integration, and testing designs.
- Lead architecture workshops, design reviews, and client-facing solution discussions.

Must Have

- 10+ years of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Management (OIM) and Oracle Access Governance (OAG).
- 4+ years implementing Oracle Access Governance in enterprise environments supporting 60,000+ user identities.

- Oracle IAM architecture experience (Oracle Identity Governance, OIM, or Oracle IAM).

- Strong understanding of audit, compliance, access review, and governance requirements.
- Experience designing architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, and solution decision records.
- Architecture experience with Oracle Access Governance core platform, application integration, and enterprise solution architecture.
- Oracle EBS or ERP access model experience.

Nice to Have

- Experience deploying Oracle Access Governance within Government or Public Sector organizations.
- Ontario Public Sector (OPS) experience.
- Experience building Identity Orchestration Layers.
- Solid Java and REST API integration expertise.
- Experience with React-based secure IAM portals.
- Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) implementation experience.
- Experience developing custom Oracle Access Governance connectors and REST integrations.
- OCI, middleware, or enterprise integration architecture experience.
- Experience designing governance solutions with custom portals and request intake layers.
