Godmer Immigration Consultant is a boutique Canadian business immigration and global mobility advisory firm serving entrepreneurs, executives, investors, and high-net-worth individuals. We specialize in C-11 Entrepreneur Work Permits, Provincial Nominee Business Streams, Intra-Company Transfers, and residency and citizenship by investment programs across multiple jurisdictions.

Our client files are complex, high-value, and documentation-intensive. We are looking for a coordinator who understands that precision is not a preference — it is the product.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO & Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, the Immigration Coordinator supports the end-to-end preparation and administration of active client files. This is a detail-driven, client-facing support role suited to someone who is organized, discreet, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines across time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, assemble, and quality-check application packages for submission to IRCC, provincial nominee programs, and foreign authorities
Maintain and update client document checklists; track outstanding items and follow up proactively
Coordinate directly with clients to request, receive, and verify supporting documentation
Draft and format supporting documents, cover letters, forms, and correspondence under the supervision of the RCIC
Maintain file records, CRM entries, and deadline calendars with full accuracy
Support KYC/AML and compliance documentation intake
Monitor application statuses and communicate updates to clients in a timely, professional manner
Assist with client onboarding, retainer administration,
and general practice coordination

What You Bring
Required
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an immigration practice, law firm, corporate mobility team, or comparable documentation-intensive environment
Working knowledge of Canadian immigration programs and IRCC portals and forms
Exceptional attention to detail and document accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills; polished, professional client manner
Proven ability to manage multiple files, competing deadlines, and confidential information independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), PDF tools, and CRM or file-management systems
Strong Assets
Bilingual — English and French
Familiarity with C-11 work permits, PNP business streams, Express Entry, or Intra-Company Transfers
RCIC or immigration practitioner coursework (completed or in progress)
Experience supporting high-net-worth or corporate clientele The Terms
Hours: 10–15 hours per week to start, with flexible scheduling
Structure: Independent contractor
Location: Remote, with availability to align with Eastern Time business hours
Compensation: CAD $25–$40 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated file expertise
Growth: Strong performance may lead to expanded hours and transition into a full-time position as the practice scales To Apply
