The TCDC is currently looking for an Inclusive Child Care Educator to join our multidisciplinary team, working directly with children in licensed child care settings. This position is full-time Monday to Friday, day-shift.

Educators play a pivotal roll on our multidisciplinary team. TCDC Educators:

- Provide one to one support to children from diverse backgrounds who have a variety of needs, strengths and abilities
- Promote inclusion by implementing strategies and monitoring progress specific to the child’s goals, as identified on the Family Service Plan
- Contribute to our multidisciplinary team of child development professionals including therapists and outreach professionals

Applicants must have general knowledge of child development, be able to work as part of a team, and be physically able to carry out the duties of the position. Preference will be given to applicants with ECE and previous experience working with children. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.31-$31.84 per hour
