Project Coordinator

Works Closely with Project Team Under PM's Supervision

Role Responsibilities

- Drive the tasks on the integrated project plan as allocated by the PM.
- Update task progress from workstream-lead inputs.
- Track milestone completion and planned dates.
- Monitor upcoming activities and deadlines.
- Follow up on overdue tasks and action items.
- Schedule project governance meetings.
- Coordinate workshops, design sessions, and status meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas.
- Distribute meeting notes and action items.
- Maintain the project action log.
- Monitor closure of assigned action items.
- Escalate overdue actions to the PM.
- Maintain the decision log.
- Track implementation of approved decisions.
