Role: Infrastructure Scrum Master

Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)

Duration: Contract to Hire

Required Qualifications and Skills

5-8 years in a product development/product management environment

Solid analytical and quantitative skills; Data driven and results-oriented

Experience in running high traffic, distributed, cloud based services

Experience leading infrastructure programs

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role for a software development team.

Valid Scrum Master certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)).

Extensive, hands-on knowledge and experience with Jira for Agile project management.

Expert-level understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

Proven experience in coaching teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced Scrum certifications (e.g., A-CSM, PSM II).

Experience with other Agile tools like Confluence.
