Role Description This is a full time, on-site Insurance Broker role based in Hamilton, ON.

The Insurance

Broker will advise clients on personal and commercial insurance products, assess coverage needs, and recommend suitable policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, preparing quotes, processing applications, managing renewals, and handling policy changes. The role also involves responding to inquiries,



assisting with claims processes, and maintaining accurate client records in line with regulatory requirements.

The broker will collaborate with insurance carriers, stay informed about industry trends, and contribute to a client-focused, service-oriented office environment.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Insurance Brokerage and Insurance products and practices.

Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

RIBO LICENSE

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Comfort with using office software and brokerage management systems.

Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field is an asset.
