Car-On Auto Sales – Ottawa, ON

Car-On Auto Sales is growing, and we are building a high-performance Internet Sales Team.

This is not a cold-calling position. Our team works with a high volume of inbound internet leads, phone opportunities, and showroom traffic year-round.

We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

- Respond to internet and phone leads

- Set appointments and follow up with customers

- Guide customers through the sales process

- Work closely with Sales and Finance Managers

- Deliver exceptional customer service

- Maintain organized customer follow-up

Requirements

- Previous sales experience preferred

- Automotive sales experience an asset

- Solid communication and customer service skills

- Professional, organized, and self-motivated

- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays





- Valid driver's license required

- OMVIC license preferred (not required upon hire)

- Georgian College course completed prior to hire (if not completed)
- Bilingual English/French considered an asset
