Line of Business: Architectural Data and Analytics – Infrastructure Architecture and Motorization
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our rapid-paced Architectural Data and Analytics team. This role has opened due to increased workload and the need to reduce the involvement of the Project Director in day-to-day delivery. The successful candidate will lead a complex data-focused program consisting of multiple workstreams, driving execution with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a multi-workstream data program from initiation through delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including contractors and stakeholders to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
- Utilize project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) to track progress, manage risks, and report status.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Drive decision-making and problem-solving independently, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ensure infrastructure services are implemented effectively and meet business needs.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in project/program management, ideally within data domains.
- 5+ Strong proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- 5+ Years of experience using BI Tools for project reporting (Power BI, DataBricks, Alteryx)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead projects independently with minimal oversight.
- Experience with core project management methodologies and tools.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with people change management initiatives.
- Background in financial institutions or regulated environments.
- Prior involvement in infrastructure service implementations impacting large business units.
