IT Procurement & Sourcing Specialist

Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid – 3 Days/Week Onsite)

Contract: Short-Term Contract (Potential Extension Through December)

Language: Bilingual – English & French (CVs accepted in either language)

Join a global procurement team supporting strategic sourcing initiatives for enterprise technology, software, cloud, and application services. This is an excellent opportunity for a sourcing professional with strong commercial negotiation skills and experience managing technology procurement projects in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support strategic sourcing initiatives for software, cloud, SaaS, and enterprise technology categories.
- Conduct supplier market research, spend analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify sourcing opportunities.
- Develop sourcing strategies that deliver cost savings, risk mitigation, and long-term business value.
- Manage the complete sourcing lifecycle including RFx processes, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contract execution, and implementation.
- Build solid relationships with business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.




- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, renewals, licensing agreements, and service contracts.
- Monitor supplier performance through governance meetings, scorecards, and contract reviews.
- Manage multiple sourcing projects while ensuring timely delivery and compliance with procurement policies.

Required Qualifications

- Experience sourcing or negotiating Software, SaaS, Cloud, IT Infrastructure, or Enterprise Application contracts.
- Strong commercial negotiation and contract management experience.
- Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies and execute complex procurement projects.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
- Bilingual English & French is required.

- Enterprise technology procurement.
- Supplier relationship management.
- Market intelligence and spend analysis.
- Strategic sourcing methodologies and category management.
- Experience in large global organizations is an asset.
