Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced System Engineer with solid expertise in ServiceNow CMDB Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the CMDB architecture while ensuring data quality, governance, compliance, and overall CMDB health.

Key Responsibilities

CMDB Management

Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB architecture.

Ensure CMDB data quality, completeness, and accuracy.

Define and maintain Configuration Item (CI) classes and relationships.

Monitor And Improve CMDB Health Metrics, Including Completeness

Correctness





Compliance

Establish and maintain CMDB governance processes and standards.

Required Skills Strong experience in CMDB Management.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB architecture design and administration.

Ability to maintain and improve CMDB data quality, completeness, and accuracy.

Experience defining and managing Configuration Item (CI) classes and CI relationships.

Experience Monitoring And Improving CMDB Health Metrics Completeness

Correctness

Compliance

Knowledge of CMDB governance standards and best practices.
