Responsibilities

- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and maintaining accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and PeopleSoft.
- Manage accounts payable processes by verifying invoices, processing payments, and reconciling vendor statements.
- Handle accounts receivable activities, including invoicing clients, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly to ensure consistency between bank statements and internal records.
- Support account analysis and account reconciliation efforts to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.




- Contribute to corporate finance functions such as budgeting, auditing support, and financial reporting.
- Assist with payroll processing and related compliance activities to ensure accurate employee compensation distribution.

Skills

- Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
- Robust understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Experience with bank reconciliation and account analysis techniques.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping principles, auditing procedures, and financial services practices.
- Ability to perform detailed account reconciliation and support budgeting activities effectively.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and payroll-related compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy in financial data management.

Pay: $39,148.87-$64,796.41 per year
