With our factory based in Victoria, BC we are the largest local manufacturer and installer of quality vinyl windows and patio doors on Vancouver Island and have been serving Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands since 1978. We not only deliver locally built custom-made windows and patio doors but also provide our customers with exceptional customer service.

Our team values hard work, safety, collaboration, and a positive workplace culture, and we are looking for a like-minded individual to join our Installation team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with measuring openings and preparing work areas by clearing debris, staging materials, and ensuring openings are ready for installation.
- Support installation crews by holding units, passing tools, positioning materials, and assisting with fastening and sealing as directed by the lead installer.
- Operate basic tools, such as drills and caulking guns, under supervision.
- Follow safety procedures and develop familiarity with the proper use and handling of tools and materials.




- Transport materials and equipment safely across job sites, including navigating uneven terrain and maintaining awareness of surroundings.
- Help keep the work area organized and free of hazards.
- Follow directions from lead installers and supervisors.

What You Bring

- A willingness to learn and ask questions.
- Reliability and a strong team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to follow all safety guidelines.
- Ability to lift 40 to 50 lbs.
- Comfort working at heights, including on ladders and scaffolding.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude when interacting with customers.
- A valid BC Driver’s License is preferred, but not required.

What We Offer

- Location: Victoria, BC
- Position Type: Full-time, permanent
- Hourly Wage: $22 to $25 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, noting hours can vary depending on season, and project needs. Occasional weekend work is sometimes necessary.
