OVERVIEW The Marketing Manager, Planning & Execution will play a pivotal role in driving marketing strategies and initiatives within the P&BB; Marketing line of business. This position involves overseeing the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in marketing management, with a proven ability to lead projects from conception to execution. They will thrive in a collaborative environment, utilizing their expertise in stakeholder engagement and strategic planning to deliver impactful marketing solutions. Familiarity with the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) is essential, as the role requires a minimum of three days per week in the office.

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Contract Length: 12 months, with the possibility of extension or conversion to FTE

Pay: T4: $30-35 / IC: $35-40

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery of marketing programs.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging marketing materials and content.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights for optimization.
- Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.




- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative marketing ideas and solutions.
- Oversee the development of digital marketing strategies, including social media and email marketing.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members on marketing tools and methodologies.
