The ideal candidate will have experience delivering technology rollouts, coordinating stakeholders, managing project documentation, supporting governance activities, and driving user adoption.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise technology or digital transformation projects.
- Experience delivering Microsoft 365 or enterprise SaaS implementations.
- Knowledge of licensing, onboarding, user adoption,



communications, and training.
- Experience coordinating security, privacy, compliance, and governance activities.
- Familiarity with M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, or AI solution deployments is highly preferred.
- Experience maintaining project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and executive presentations.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of PMBOK methodologies.
- Experience with public sector environments is an asset.

Responsibilities

- Support AI and M365 Copilot rollout activities.
- Coordinate licensing, provisioning, onboarding, and training.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and documentation.
- Prepare executive reports, dashboards, presentations, and communications.
- Coordinate governance assessments (SAR, TRA, PIA, IAM, IM).
- Track project risks, dependencies, milestones, and action items.
- Support operational readiness, SOPs, and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams.
