Valley Chiropractic is a busy, patient-centred healthcare clinic in Peace River, Alberta. Our goal is to help people move better, feel better and return to the activities that matter most to them.

We are looking for a friendly, motivated and dependable Kinesiologist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, teaching movement and exercise, and being part of a collaborative clinical environment.

Responsibilities

- Providing clinic-approved treatment modalities within the employee’s education, training and scope
- Provide hands-on therapy sessions, guiding patients through prescribed exercises to optimize recovery outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment & exercise plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
- Document all patient interactions accurately using electronic medical records systems, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, proper exercise techniques, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health.
- Manage multiple caseloads efficiently while adhering to scheduled appointments and deadlines.
- Maintain a safe and clean clinical workplace, following hospital protocols and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid licensure or registration with relevant professional regulatory bodies required for practice as a Kinesiologist.




- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration procedures, and case management principles.
- Experience working with electronic medical records systems within healthcare environments.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional communication skills for clear patient education and team collaboration.

Schedule This is a full-time position providing 35 hours per week, primarily during weekday clinic hours.

The specific weekly schedule will be discussed with the successful candidate and will be based on clinic and patient-care needs.

Compensation

- Annual salary of $43,000–$48,000, based on education and experience
