Captain Handy Landscaping Inc. is looking for a motivated and reliable Landscape Crew Leader Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with landscaping experience who wants to develop their skills and grow into a leadership position.

Responsibilities: Assist the Crew Leader with daily landscaping operations and project completion Help manage and guide crew members on-site Perform hardscape and landscape installation tasks, including: Interlock pavers Retaining walls Fences and decks Sod installation Planting and grading General landscape construction Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, organized job site Communicate with the Crew Leader and Project Managers regarding progress and site conditions Requirements: 1+ years of landscaping or construction experience preferred Experience with hardscaping, grading,
