We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Construction Foreman/woman to lead and oversee outdoor landscape projects from start to finish. Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise landscape construction crews to ensure timely and efficient project completion
- Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines
- Oversee the installation of irrigation systems, gardening features, and other landscape elements with precision
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards to maintain a safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the project lifecycle to uphold high standards of craftsmanship
- Assist in troubleshooting on-site issues related to horticulture, landscape maintenance, or construction challenges

Skills

- Proven experience supervising landscape construction or related outdoor projects




- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening techniques, horticulture principles, and landscape maintenance practices
- Construction experience with a focus on outdoor environments and hardscape features
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively
- Excellent organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications accurately
- Good communication skills for clear instructions and client interactions

We are always busy with snow and salting in the winter.

we have a bin truck and have started renting bins and picking up bins etc.

We are a smaller 3 trucks 4-5-6 person company.
