Drive impactful program development at CNIB as the Lead, Program Development in a hybrid setting. This role focuses on creating job readiness for individuals who are blind, Deafblind, or have low vision. The Lead, Program Development will lead and design program activities within the Come to Work Program.
You will engage in client assessments, develop trauma-informed strategies, and implement job readiness workshops. Your collaboration with internal teams and external partners aims to remove barriers to employment and enhance program outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify program development opportunities
- Design and implement effective employment readiness programs
- Deliver job readiness workshops independently and collaboratively
- Track program progress and produce reports for stakeholders
- Supervise Program Coordinator(s) and Intern(s) as needed Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in program development
- Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and employment supports
- Solid facilitation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual platforms
- Post-secondary degree in a relevant field Become a leader in creating accessible employment pathways for the Talent Pool at CNIB.
