Gameloft Montréal is looking for a Lead Quest Designer to innovate within the Dungeons & Dragons team. Be pivotal in shaping engaging quest narratives and integrating them within an exciting open world. This role requires a creative and experienced designer with at least five years in quest design.

The Lead will mentor production members while ensuring quest elements enrich exploration and gameplay systems. Your experience in leadership and team collaboration will be crucial in delivering captivating player experiences. Key Responsibilities:

- Define best practices for quest design within the team
- Mentor production team members involved in level design
- Lead positively and maintain team morale
- Communicate regularly with various departments
- Collaborate closely with the production team and other leads Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in quest design experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Robust communication skills, both verbal and written
- At least one published title on console or PC
