We are looking to connect with experienced, commercially minded professionals who are interested in a more flexible and self-directed way of working. This remote opportunity combines leadership development, relationship building and business development. You will work within an established framework to connect with individuals who are exploring leadership and professional development programs.

You will manage your own schedule, activity levels and outcomes while receiving structured training, ongoing mentorship and access to established systems. What You’ll Be Doing

Implementing digital marketing and business development activities using established systems and training

Responding to inquiries from prospective clients

Conducting scheduled phone or video conversations to understand individual goals and interests

Providing clear and accurate information about leadership and professional development programs

Following up with prospective clients in a qualified and timely manner

Building and managing your own pipeline of inquiries

Tracking activity and maintaining accurate records

Participating in ongoing leadership, business and professional development training
