Warrington Residential is hiring a Residential Leasing Coordinator to support leasing operations and resident experience within our residential communities. This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service, hospitality, retail, or administrative experience who wants to gain hands-on exposure to the residential leasing industry while working alongside experienced property management professionals. What You'll Do

Support leasing operations, tours, and prospect follow-up

Assist with applicant intake and screening processes

Respond to resident and prospective resident inquiries

Support marketing initiatives, online listings, and social media

Collaborate with leasing, property management, and maintenance teams

Help deliver an exceptional resident and customer experience What You'll Bring

1–2 years of experience in customer service, operations, hospitality, retail, leasing support,



or a related field

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Yardi experience is an asset)
