In this role, you will serve as Senior Legal Counsel on Intelcom’s Legal Team, navigating the complexities of legal frameworks for last-mile logistics operations.

Your responsibilities will include negotiating high-volume commercial agreements and advising on data privacy compliance, orchestrating legal strategies to address disputes and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

- Draft and negotiate SaaS and data processing agreements
- Manage consumer claims and internal dispute resolution
- Advise on privacy laws and compliance issues
- Collaborate to enhance legal processes and utilize AI tools
- Oversee external law firm engagements and legal mandates Requirements:
- LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited institution
- Active membership in a Canadian law society
- At least five years of legal experience
