- Greet patients and explain the collection process clearly
- Conduct phlebotomies and ECG testing procedures
- Carry out special test collections and document results
- Respond to client requests and foster good relationships
- Prepare and transport specimens for analysis Requirements:
- Preferably a graduate from a Laboratory Assistant program
- Phlebotomy experience is beneficial
- ECG training is a plus
- Exceptional communication abilities
