- Coordinate domestic and international (air, ocean & truck) shipments.
- Prepare and manage shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, etc.).
- Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and customers.
- Track shipments and provide delivery updates.
- Maintain shipping, inventory, and production records.
- Perform data entry and update Excel spreadsheets and company databases.
- Assist with inventory control and material tracking.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers.
- Respond to emails and phone inquiries professionally.
- Organize, scan, and maintain electronic and paper files.
- Prepare reports for management.
- Coordinate with production to ensure shipments are prepared on time.
- Support day-to-day office administration and other duties as assigned.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, records, and company documentation.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchasing of office materials.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
