Lane Closure Technician (LCT) — Safety-Driven Professionals Wanted

We’re looking for safety-minded Lane Closure Technicians who take pride in doing things by the book — and getting everyone home in one piece.

- Strong understanding of traffic control plans & MOTT/OHS standards
- Proactive hazard awareness (you see it before it becomes a problem)
- Transparent communication with crew, dispatch, and clients
- Calm, focused decision-making in live traffic environments
- Respect for procedures — shortcuts aren’t impressive here

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Setting up, maintaining, and removing lane closures safely and efficiently
- Operating trucks and traffic control equipment responsibly
- Monitoring live traffic conditions and adjusting as needed




- Representing the company professionally on-site

What You Bring:
- LCT certification (or equivalent experience)
- Clean driving record
- Safety-first mindset (this is non-negotiable)
- Reliability — if you say you’re there, you’re there
