Part-Time Handyman – Property Management
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced handyman to join our property management team on a part time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance in residential units
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and plaster work
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in general maintenance and repairs
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and plastering
- Must have your own tools and a reliable vehicle - van or truck
- Ability to work independently
