Description The Maintenance Service Coordinator – HPC Operations is responsible for coordinating and managing all vendor-delivered maintenance and service activities across a high-performance computing (HPC) data center. This role serves as the central point of coordination for contracted maintenance services supporting critical infrastructure, including power, cooling, and compute systems.

Sitting within the Planning Department, the position ensures that vendor work is effectively scoped, contractually compliant, operationally aligned, and thoroughly documented. The role is critical to maintaining uptime, reliability, and long-term asset performance in a mission-critical environment.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management,



or Contract/Commercial Management; or equivalent experience

· Solid organizational and coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail

· Demonstrated experience managing vendor services, contracts, or maintenance activities end-to-end

· Working knowledge of contract terms, conditions, and compliance requirements

· Familiarity with procurement processes, tendering, and basic financial principles

· Experience in data centers, facilities maintenance, construction, electrical systems, or other high-availability environments is highly regarded

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CMMS, EAM, or project management systems is an asset
