Your Next Challenge

Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, the Manager, Early Talent and Talent Attraction leads early talent recruitment and engagement activities across Canada. Working in partnership with Corporate and Regional Communications teams, the incumbent supports talent attraction initiatives and helps bring employer branding activities to life across recruitment channels and events. The role is also responsible for identifying and managing strategic talent sourcing partnerships, including diversity-focused partnerships,



and overseeing talent acquisition tools that support effective and productive recruitment processes.

The incumbent develops and delivers programs and initiatives that support early talent pipelines and current and future hiring needs across the organization. The role may also contribute to talent acquisition policy development, support the implementation of TA tools and process improvements, and work with the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team on initiatives that enhance service delivery and stakeholder experience across Canada Key Responsibilities Lead national early talent recruitment programs, including internships, co-op, summer student, and graduate hiring initiatives.

Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, community organisations, and strategic talent partners.

Support talent attraction and employer branding initiatives in partnership with Communications teams.

Drive initiatives that enhance candidate experience and strengthen recruitment outcomes.

Lead and develop a team responsible for early talent and talent attraction programs across Canada.

Monitor program performance, partnerships, and recruitment trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What You Need To Succeed

Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Early Talent, Recruitment Marketing, or a related area.

Experience leading recruitment or talent acquisition teams.

Strong stakeholder management and partnership-building skills.

Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruitment technologies, and talent analytics.

Budget management experience and strong project leadership capabilities.

Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
