Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, this role requires a blend of contract management skills, technical acumen, and relationship-building capabilities.
As a senior leader, you will ensure that partnerships with Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs) meet operational deadlines and budget constraints. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead Steering Committees with external partners
- Address and resolve vendor-related conflicts promptly
- Monitor KPIs to evaluate alliance health
- Manage contract negotiations and financial oversight
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project alignment Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related
- Minimum 8 years in biotechnology or biopharmaceuticals
- At least 5 years in Alliance or External Supply Management
- Robust skills in contract management and negotiation
