Your primary role will involve overseeing online student academic advising, spearheading retention activities, and collaborating with various college departments. A robust emphasis on research and analytics will guide your efforts in improving the online student experience while managing and scheduling your front-line and operations teams. - Develop and implement online retention strategies

- Manage, schedule, and support multiple student support teams

- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field
- 7+ years of related experience
- 5+ years of management experience
