We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives, strengthen brand awareness, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies, oversee campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business growth.
- Plan and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze marketing metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and other departments to generate leads.
- Manage the marketing budget and external vendors.
- Oversee content creation and brand consistency across channels.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, SEO, and social media.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns and budgets.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Results-driven with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Pay: $6,667.00-$9,167.00 per month
