Masters & PhD Researcher (AI Training) About The Role What if your years of advanced research could directly shape how the world's most powerful AI systems think, reason, and solve problems? Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design, develop, and solve advanced, multi-disciplinary problems that challenge and sharpen AI reasoning capabilities
Apply your research expertise to construct complex, rigorous problem statements with real-world relevance
Review and evaluate AI-generated solutions for academic accuracy, depth, and logical soundness
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to improve model performance
Uphold the highest standards of academic rigor, clarity, and precision across all deliverables
Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule Who You Are Holds a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a leading university
Solid track record in research, publications, or complex technical project management
Exceptionally detail-oriented with sharp analytical and critical thinking skills
Clear, precise written communicator comfortable conveying complex ideas with clarity
Self-directed and reliable when working independently in an asynchronous environment
Fluent in English Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI evaluation systems
Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages
Familiarity with AI model training, prompt engineering, or RLHF workflows
