Masters or PhD Researcher (AI Training) About The Role What if the research skills you've spent years developing could directly shape the intelligence of tomorrow's most advanced AI systems? Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Develop, solve, and critically review advanced, multi-disciplinary problems that challenge and improve AI reasoning capabilities
Apply your research expertise to design complex, nuanced problem statements with real-world relevance
Evaluate AI-generated outputs for academic rigor, depth, logical consistency, and factual accuracy
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts across leading research labs
Ensure the highest standards of clarity, precision, and intellectual depth across all deliverables
Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule Who You Are Holds a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top-tier university
Strong track record of research, publications, or complex technical project leadership
Exceptional written communication skills — you can explain sophisticated ideas with precision and clarity
Naturally rigorous and detail-oriented, with a systematic approach to problem-solving
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without close supervision
Fluent in English Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages
Background spanning multiple technical disciplines or interdisciplinary research areas
