Responsibilities Attend regularly scheduled bi-monthly board meetings, including the Annual General Meeting

Attend Board workshops, strategic planning sessions, and other Board development activities

Sit on a Board Committee as assigned/agreed upon Perform such other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Board of Directors Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Age requirement of 18+

Robust oral/written communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of Google software and apps





Commitment to RCR’s mission and a love of animals

Access to phone/computer/internet/email is a requirement, as you will be provided an RCR email address, which is the primary method of communication

Ability to work collaboratively with others, while being able to work independently There are a total of 5 spots for Member at Large roles on the Board of Directors. Each role filled will agree to a minimum of a 2-year term, of which they agree to the following responsibilities during said term.
