? Role: Mobile QA / SDET Lead – Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Role Summary:
- We are looking for an experienced Mobile QA / SDET Lead with 8+ years of QA Automation experience .
- The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Appium (mandatory) , along with Selenium, Playwright, Rest Assured, Java, and CI/CD .
- You'll lead QA teams, build automation frameworks, and drive end-to-end quality across Mobile, Web, and API applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers.
- Define and execute test strategies, automation frameworks, and QA best practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for Mobile, Web, and API testing.
- Oversee end-to-end testing efforts across multiple applications.
- Review test plans, test cases, and automation scripts to ensure quality and coverage.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and DevOps teams.
- Drive CI/CD integration to enable automated test execution.
- Analyze test outcomes and produce quality metrics, reports, and insights.
- Participate in release planning and production readiness activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase automation coverage and improve testing efficiency.
