We are looking for an experienced Mobile QA / SDET Lead with 8+ years of QA Automation experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Appium (mandatory), along with Selenium, Playwright, Rest Assured, Java, and CI/CD. You'll lead QA teams, build automation frameworks, and drive end-to-end quality across Mobile, Web, and API applications.

QA Leadership Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers.

Define and execute test strategies, automation frameworks, and QA best practices.

Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for Mobile, Web, and API testing.

Oversee end-to-end testing efforts across multiple applications.

Review test plans, test cases, and automation scripts to ensure quality and coverage.





Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and DevOps teams.

Drive CI/CD integration to enable automated test execution.

Analyze test outcomes and produce quality metrics, reports, and insights.

Participate in release planning and production readiness activities.

Identify and implement process improvements to increase automation coverage and improve testing efficiency.
