We are looking for a Network Engineer to join one of our clients, a major corporate investment bank based in Montreal.

Missions & Responsibilities

- Operate and support network security infrastructure, including firewalls, web proxies (McAfee, Blue Coat), VPN gateways, and load balancers.
- Lead and deliver network security projects from inception to completion.
- Switching and VPN infrastructure management.
- On-call support : Participate in a regular rotation (7 days a month) in standby mode.





Profile Requirements

- Certifications : CCNP or CCIE (Security or Enterprise) is required.
- Vendor Expertise : Proficiency with Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Check Point, supported by relevant certifications.
- Security Standards : CISSP or an equivalent security certification.
- Language : Bilingualism in English and French is preferred.

Nice to Have

- Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Network Engineering.
- Experience : 5+ years of experience in network and network security engineering, including operational support and project delivery.
- Automation : Basic scripting skills in Bash or Python.
- Process : IT service management certifications such as ITIL.
