Join EY’s People Advisory Services – PAS - Reward team and work alongside actuaries, lawyers, HR, and tax professionals on a wide range of pension and benefits projects. As a Staff, you’ll support audit and transaction teams on actuarial matters, contribute to mergers and acquisitions due diligence, and get hands-on experience across consulting engagements, from cost and risk management to governance and operations all within a collaborative, global team.

You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering actuarial and rewards projects, working closely with a collaborative team to support clients across pensions, benefits, and compensation Support actuarial work across audit, pension valuations, M&A; due diligence, and broader pension advisory projects
Contribute to compensation and total rewards engagements through research, analysis, and market insights
Assist in delivering high-quality client work by supporting analyses, preparing deliverables, and collaborating with team members
Participate in project execution, balancing technical work with timelines, priorities, and client needs
Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and mitigate risks across engagements
Collaborate with the team, share knowledge, and contribute to a solid, supportive team environment Skills and attributes for success Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills to turn data into clear, actionable insights
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a professional environment
Confident communicator who builds strong relationships and collaborates effectively across teams

Curious and driven to stay ahead of emerging trends in pensions and benefits Qualifications Post secondary education in Actuarial Sciences
Actively pursuing the ACIA or ASA credential
Previous pension, OPEB accounting and or valuation experience preferred What we look for
