Compensation: $65,000 base salary with total potential earnings up to $500,000+ annually, based on performance

Falcon Wealth Planning, a fast-growing fiduciary financial planning firm, is seeking a Client Conversion Specialist to join our Advisory team. This role serves as the final step in the client acquisition process, partnering with Advisors and Relationship Managers to help close high-value or complex prospects.

The ideal candidate is a proven closer—confident, professional, and skilled at earning trust while guiding clients toward informed decisions. Experience in financial services, insurance, or automotive sales is highly valued.

Responsibilities

- Work directly with Advisors and Relationship Managers to close qualified leads.
- Present Falcon’s financial planning process and fiduciary value proposition.
- Handle objections with professionalism and clarity.
- Maintain detailed records and follow-up activity in Salesforce.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly conversion goals.

Qualifications




- Proven record of success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and guide clients through decisions.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or automotive sales required.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
