Sr Tandem Lead NonStop Software Engineer
Looking for a Lead NonStop Software Engineer to lead our NonStop HW/SW Upgrade| migration of our Wealth Management Backend Trading Applications to the new upgraded software stack| integrating with vendor and internal RBC applications.

- Should have profound knowledge both in Tandem
- As a Lead NonStop Software Engineer| you have a solid technical foundation| and a strong focus on growing your development skills; You are able to deliver complex tasks| working individually or pairing with others and you have a significant amount of experience in different domain.
- You will be part of a team creating new services and client-facing applications using the latest technologies which will shape the future of banking for RBC
- You will develop and support highly scalable| high-performance APIs within an Agile development team
- Ensure high code quality through automated unit and functional testing.
- Automate processes within the development pipeline; identify opportunities for efficiency gains and reducing time-to-market and enabling continuous delivery.
- Design and develop code structures based on technical design defined by the team.
- Work within an Agile product team comprised of technical| product and business team members to deliver exceptional products.
- You will actively seek out knowledge about current technologies and how they can be used to solve current and foreseeable challenges.
- Excellent communication including the ability to distill technical details into human terms.
Required Qualifications
- NonStop COBOL - Minimum (5x) years experience
- SCOBOL - Minimum (3x) years experience
- DDL - Minimum (3x) years experience
- Agile - Minimum (3x) years experience
- NonStop Server L-Series - Minimum (5x) years experience
- JIRA/Confluence - Minimum (3x) years experience
- DEVOPS Minimum (1x) years experience
