Brandt Tractor Ltd. is currently seeking a Branch Manager for our Lethbridge Material Handling location.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading a dynamic team and overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the branch. Brandt is a customer driven company, privately owned and family run, strengthened by diversification and succeeding through specialization. Achieve asset management and market share goals

Manage and develop all employees in the branch with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce that is focused on the long‑term success of the company, customers, and employees

Manage branch account receivables in conjunction with the Director of Credit Services





Participate in developing processes to gather continuous client feedback and ensure excellence in customer service.

Identify and pursue recent market segments and growth opportunities by staying current on customer business activities, industry trends, and competitive pressures.

Lead performance management initiatives focused on employee growth and departmental success.

Must have 5+ years’ experience in the heavy equipment field, supplemented with 3-5 years' experience in a progressively responsible management role

Relevant post‑secondary education is considered an asset
