NSWOC Nurse

Attention all RN's we have a position for you! We are looking for qualified NSWOC nursing professionals to provide in-home support in Waterloo Wellington.

Shift Details

- Pay Range: $35-$39/Hour

Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate wound, ostomy, and continence care.
- Provide patient, family, and caregiver education to support self-management.
- Consult with healthcare providers on complex cases and best practices.




- Support staff education and clinical competency development.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and policy development.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor patient outcomes

Role Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Completion of an accredited NSWOC education program or equivalent certification.
- Experience in wound, ostomy, and continence care.
- Robust clinical assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
